  I always have a pleasant experience when I've shopped at this location. The sales representatives are always so helpful. They've always taken the extra step to made sure that I received the best price match and/or create pricing bundles that help me save money.

  I bought an “open box” LG 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray player from this Best Buy. I don’t think they checked that it worked before putting it back to sell on the floor, despite the sales rep saying that every item is examined by the geek squad. How do I know? There was a Mad Max 4k Blu-ray left inside the disc drive. Thanks for the free Blu-ray Best Buy! Despite Best Buy very likely not checking the device, the player seems to work just fine.
