  We went in today a lovely lady that was there. Her name was Charlotte .So nice and really friendly so pleasant. Offered us water and fruit snacks that she had. Explain everything to us about the different mattresses and mattress pads. The bed rails and the 10-year warranty that we got on the mattresses and the mattress pad. Showed us how to locate our delivery mattress firm website . Was not too expensive but they have some pricey mattresses that's worth every penny. I enjoy my experience in the store today I'm very happy with my purchase.

  Bill was extremely helpful. Bought a full size mattress for our son and a queen set for us. So nice to deal with someone who actually has knowledge of the products and very patient and courteous. Couldn't have been a better experience.
