  If you value fair customer service, give your business to another location. Store closes at 8pm. Fiancee and I enter at 7:15p. Both current Verizon subscribers. 2 lines - due for upgrade. 2 ladies on staff. It was clear from the start they didn't want us. We were sharply greeted with a "can we help you?!" There was no mistaking the condescending tone. None the less I smile and I began explaining our reason for visiting. Before I could finish I was interrupted by the MOD. She said "If you want to upgrade you have to call customer support and tell them your upgrading first." Knowing this was a blatant lie, it was certain they did not want us there. I kindly asked " this isn't something you can do here?" She sharply responded "No, like I said you have to call customer service first." So we left and returned to the car contemplating what to do next. The two ladies had the store locked up tight at 7:38. Phone shopping can be frustrating on it's own. Verizon has a stranglehold on the market and it's employees know it. Don't allow yourself to be mistreated.
